JANE is a 5 mth old staffie x, recently rescued by the Humane Society.
She is an independent girl but still likes cuddles, is great with other dogs and has been fine with the cat in our foster home, but could of course chase if a cat ran from her.
She is also learning to be out and about on a lead. If a family situation, children over 8 years only, as we have no history on her and have no idea how she would react with young children – not worth the risk.
She will also need some daytime companionship, too young to be left alone for long periods of time.
Jane has been vet-checked, spayed, vaccinated microchipped and is currently registered so we will ask for a minimum DONATION of $200 towards these costs.
If you are interested in adopting her you will need a securely fenced property to keep her contained which a volunteer from the Society will check prior to her being released to her new home.
You will also need to meet her at our foster home in South Auckland as we WILL NOT send dogs anywhere and must meet all prospective new owners.
Our aim is to adopt each dog to a compatible owner. The Humane Society reserves the right to decline any dog adoption application at its discretion.
