SPECIAL HOME REQUIRED FOR TWO CATS ....

VADER (boy) aged 6 mths and DARLA (girl) 11 mths are seeking a home together. They were rescued by the Humane Society and are now ready to be adopted.

Vader is a handsome medium-haired fluffy boy with a sweet and playful personality. This happy fellow gets along with other cats and loves to interact with people.

Darla is a ball of joy who was saved from death's doorstep more than once. Born completely blind as a result of microphtalmia, a condition which caused her eyes not to develop properly. She has undergone surgery to take away her discomfort and let her live to her full potential.

The ideal home for these two, WHO MUST GO TOGETHER (no exceptions) is one where someone is home most of the time with no young children. They get on well with other animals. With Darla being blind, keeping items in place is important for her. Ideally it would be best for her to live her life in the same house as she gets stressed very easily when you move items/change a layout of a room as she memorises the layout of the house so she doesn’t always run into things.

The family who adopts this adorable pair will be given a lifetime of constant affection and laughs!

They have both been desexed, vaccinated and microchipped, so we do ask for a minimum donation of $80 EACH towards these costs. This doesn't cover what we have spent, but goes towards helping all the other cats who will come into our care.

They can be seen at our foster home in East Auckland.
