These are few updated pictures of our wonderful little Tiva, she is fitting in so well.
She is a quick learner and now sits and waits by her bowl until she is given the “O K” to dig in, which she does with great gusto and then goes and makes sure Spencer hasn’t forgotten to clean his bowl properly.
Over the long weekend I took them to Sanders Park, Spencer really loves going there and playing with all the other dogs. I let them both of their leads and away Spencer went with Tiva on his heels until they came to a small group of dogs, Spencer went straight in but Tiva stood back then turned tail and ran back to me where she stayed until a couple of ladies walked past then she was all over them and went off with them. Spencer loves other dogs and puts up with people but Tiva loves people and puts up with other dogs.
We are so grateful to have found Little Tiva and are looking forward to many many years of joy.
Tiva comes with me to work and is my ” Meet and Greet ” officer which she does very well, sometimes to well. She has been caught climbing into a
customers vehicle while he has been trying to get out. I have had to slow
her keenness down as some customers don’t appreciate her introductory ways.
Food is very important to her and we have made great gains in slowing her
down in the way she receives it. She doesn’t start to devour it until she is
given the word “O K ” ( the same as Spencer ) then it is a mad rush to get
it all down as quickly as possible.( We thought that my be she has had to
fight for and eat quickly to get anything ). We still have to feed them
apart at the moment otherwise Spencer would be left hungry.
We are so grateful to have them both, they complete our family.
Thankyou for allowing us to have Tiva.
